He has 30 years’ experience in delivering world class customer service within both start up and Fortune 500 environments. Career highs have included the roll out of worldwide American Express initiatives and the revolution of customer service levels within the UK utilities market.
His varied career has taken him around the world and back. “I am proud to have had a career that has given me the opportunity to experience different ways of life across the globe. Sampling different cultures and cuisines. Especially of note has been time spent in the East discovering the most ambitious and wide-ranging culinary fare, those years gave rise to me becoming an all-out self-confessed unashamedly particular foodie! I am pleased to be selected as a judge in this year’s prestigious TMIICA’s and look forward to discovering new tastes and new talent.”
